Today, I mentioned to my friends that we will have a chance to hatch baby ducks in our classroom! We were so excited, but first, we needed to ask Dr. Patterson if we can hatch them. We wrote letters to him asking if we could hatch ducks, and giving him some reasons why we would be responsible enough to have the ducks!. I don't know about you, but I found these letters to be pretty convincing!

Please can we have some ducks? We will take good care of the ducks. We will feed them."
